We believe that divine healing and miracles are part of the Gospel and available to believers today through faith in Jesus Christ. God heals through various means including prayer, laying on of hands, anointing with oil, and the gifts of healing. While we believe in divine healing, we also acknowledge God’s sovereignty in healing and do not forbid the use of medical means. We reject any teaching that makes healing mandatory based on faith alone or that attributes sickness solely to lack of faith (James 5:14-15; 1 Corinthians 12:9; Matthew 8:16-17).
We affirm: God’s desire and power to heal today while acknowledging His sovereignty.
We deny: That healing is guaranteed based on faith alone or that sickness indicates spiritual failure.
