Church Planting
Establishing God's Kingdom Through Strategic Church Planting
At Church on the Rock International Apostolic Network, we believe church planting is one of the most effective ways to advance God’s Kingdom and transform communities. Our vision extends far beyond the walls of existing congregations—we are called to establish vibrant, life-giving churches that serve as transformation centers in communities around the world.
Our Church Planting Vision
By 2035, we envision a network of 5,000 churches and ministries across 100 nations, releasing Kingdom authority and restoring divine purpose through:
- Established apostolic centers on every continent
- Training institutes equipping 25,000 leaders annually
- Strategic church-planting initiatives reaching the most resistant regions of the earth with the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Why Church Planting Matters
Church planting is biblical, strategic, and transformational:
Biblical Foundation: Jesus commissioned us to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). Church planting is the natural outcome of effective evangelism and discipleship.
Community Transformation: New churches serve as beacons of hope, bringing spiritual renewal, social healing, and practical assistance to communities that need God’s love.
Kingdom Expansion: Each new church becomes a launching pad for further ministry, multiplication, and mission work in unreached areas.
Our Approach to Church Planting
1. Strategic Targeting
We focus on:
- Unreached people groups who have limited access to the Gospel
- Urban centers with growing populations and diverse communities
- Resistant cultures where traditional ministry approaches have faced challenges
- Least-reached communities identified through research and prayer
2. Apostolic Covering and Support
Every church plant receives:
- Spiritual covering through our apostolic network structure
- Mentoring and guidance from experienced church planters
- Financial support through our Kingdom Investment Funds
- Training resources specifically designed for church planting contexts
- Ongoing pastoral care and accountability
3. Cross-Cultural Ministry Development
We create:
- Contextually appropriate training materials for diverse cultural settings
- Indigenous leadership development pathways
- Culturally sensitive ministry models that honor local customs while maintaining biblical truth
- Language-specific resources for effective communication
4. Comprehensive Training and Equipping
Our church planters receive training in:
- Apostolic and prophetic ministry foundations
- Leadership development and team building
- Community engagement and cultural analysis
- Financial stewardship and church administration
- Evangelism and discipleship strategies
- Conflict resolution and pastoral care
