We believe that the Holy Spirit distributes spiritual gifts to every believer for the common good of the Body of Christ. These gifts include, but are not limited to, the gifts listed in Romans 12, 1 Corinthians 12, and Ephesians 4. All gifts should be exercised in love, decency, and order, under the authority of Scripture and qualified leadership. We encourage the operation of all spiritual gifts while maintaining biblical discernment and accountability. Every believer is called to discover, develop, and deploy their spiritual gifts for Kingdom advancement (1 Corinthians 12:4-11; 14:1, 39-40; 1 Peter 4:10-11).
We affirm: The present availability and operation of all spiritual gifts to all believers.
We deny: That any spiritual gift is more important than love or exempts believers from biblical authority.
